Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead architectural discussions and oversee technical implementation in data modeling and cross-system integrations. Design and implement ServiceNow data models (tables, relationships, lifecycle attributes) and perform service data mapping to ensure end-to-end data consistency. Define and enforce referential integrity and identifier propagation across diverse systems. Design and implement integrations and APIs with external systems including ADOIT, Archer, and OneTrust. Translate logical enterprise data models into physical implementations within ServiceNow. Act as a technical advisor between architecture, business, and IT teams, embedding data governance, CDE definitions, and validation rules. Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance to implementation teams in complex programmes. Role can be delivered remotely, but on-site availability in Barcelona is highly appreciated by the client.
Required Qualifications
- Senior ServiceNow consultant
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across all domains (CI, Business Application, Business Service, Service Offering, Sold Product)
- Ability to design and implement ServiceNow data models, including tables, relationships, and lifecycle attributes
- Strong expertise in service data modeling and mapping, ensuring end-to-end data consistency and traceability
- Experience defining and enforcing referential integrity and identifier propagation across multiple systems
- Proven capability to design and implement integrations and APIs with external systems such as ADOIT, Archer, and OneTrust
- Deep understanding of CMDB, Service Portfolio Management (SPM), and Service Catalogue structures
- Ability to translate logical enterprise data models into physical implementations within ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a technical advisor between architecture, business, and IT teams
- Experience in data governance, Critical Data Element (CDE) definition, and embedding quality or validation rules within the ServiceNow platform
- Capability to lead architectural discussions and guide technical implementation teams in the context of complex programs
