Job Summary
Develop and configure custom ServiceNow solutions within client instances while participating in scoping sessions to propose best-practice-aligned approaches. Work directly with clients to clarify requirements and deliver technical outcomes, ensuring high-quality delivery in strict adherence to ServiceNow standards. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers, acting as a subject matter expert in assigned modules. Proactively identify risks or inefficiencies in current processes, flows, or scripts, and support documentation, deployment, upgrade, and transition efforts. Contribute to continuous improvement within the Committed Capacity team. This role requires a Certified System Administrator and Application Developer with deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, supported by remote FTE status and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow experience
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- 2+ additional CIS certifications
- 5+ micro-certifications
- Strong understanding of multiple ServiceNow modules and scripting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Led or contributed significantly to 2 or more client implementations or sustained support efforts
- Strong problem-solving / troubleshooting skillset with a proven record of success
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for a ServiceNow Partner- good to have but not a requirement
