Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery coordination for ServiceNow projects and initiatives within the assigned hub, acting as the single point of contact for architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders. Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful execution while driving activities including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and onboarding for delivery teams, and manage Agile delivery processes such as sprint planning, backlog management, and stand-ups. Monitor progress, provide governance reporting, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain SLA adherence and utilization targets. Lead enterprise-level delivery initiatives with exposure to ServiceNow transformation projects and Agile environments in a collaborative Amsterdam-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or ServiceNow project delivery environments
- Strong experience managing ServiceNow projects, including delivery scoping, coordination, and execution
- Hands-on experience with risk management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and ways of working
- Experience managing sprint planning, backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery tracking
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM, PMO, reporting, and governance tools
- Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams
- Ability to lead ServiceNow delivery initiatives and ensure successful execution against business objectives
- Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations in a structured manner
- Ability to coordinate effectively between architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to drive Agile practices and support teams in achieving delivery goals
- Ability to provide clear reporting and visibility into project status, utilization, and SLA performance
- Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making across teams
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, ITOM, and CSM
- Understanding of NowAssist capabilities within ServiceNow
