Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant / Solution Architect

Job Summary
Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, designing and implementing HR Case Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events. Work closely with HR stakeholders to define future-state processes, drive integration with platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and lead workshops to gather business requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle while ensuring solution quality, scalability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices. This role involves working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives for international clients, expanding expertise in enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Strong hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Agent Workspace
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and common employee-facing service management processes
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms
- Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements
- Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments
- Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances
