Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow Engineer at Equitable Bank’s ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex ServiceNow features, modules, and integrations; own feature delivery from requirements gathering through deployment; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and external partners to translate business needs into technical solutions; enforce coding standards and best practices; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance; support release management, including application rollouts and upgrades; stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends; contribute to configuration management and CMDB/CSDM initiatives; demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
