Job Summary
Bridge business needs and technical implementation by translating requirements into clear ServiceNow solutions and optimizing platform usage. Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to build user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows within Agile/SAFe delivery. Support process analysis, documentation, and testing while providing functional expertise across ServiceNow modules to ensure adoption and user enablement. Requires 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with strong ITSM knowledge and Agile delivery skills. Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
- Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceNow platform at functional/consulting level
- Ability to quickly understand the clients' industry
- Fluent in English
- legal right to work in Hungary without requiring visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- exposure to other modules like HR or SPM
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist)
- ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certification
- Experience in change management, training, or adoption support
- Previous consulting experience in an international environment
