Job Summary
Lead service calls for complex system issues involving fire alarm, CCTV, and access control. Mentor and train apprentices and associates while ensuring all work complies with NFPA codes, manufacturer requirements, and regulations. Provide advanced diagnostics and solutions, then interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients to maintain strong relationships. Requires 4–6 years of field technician experience and NICET Level I or higher.
