Senior Service Technician

Perform preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities while working with a mentor to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through direct contact. Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes, often within a single job area or discipline where problems generally fall within a well-defined scope. Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties, making minor changes to systems as needed. This individual contributor role applies specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, or trades operations without direct responsibility for leading others.
