Job Summary
Coordinate, plan, and install video surveillance technologies and access control systems for high-end security solutions. Test, adjust, and troubleshoot security systems, including low-voltage continuity issues, firewall configurations, and networking developments. Manage work orders, paperwork, and CRM software to document activities while acting as a liaison between clients and the Manager of Installation Services. Make recommendations for system enhancements and handle emails and phone calls from management. Maintain a valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle for job sites. Requires OSHA 40 certification, a driver's license, and flexibility for weekends and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (3) years' experience in the security technology industry
- Strong knowledge of security concepts and technology platforms; Video, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion, Visitor Management, turnstiles, and network devices
- Successfully maintain certification training; AMAG, Genetec, LenelS2, Exacq, Brivo & Eagle Eye
- Strong fundamentals of networking technologies and Information Technology principles
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and overtime
- OSHA 40 Required
- Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive a company-provided commercial vehicle. Will maintain vehicle at residence and commute to/from job locations
Desired Qualifications
