Job Summary
Supervises Senior Service Specialists providing psychosocial and case management services in a 705-bed healthcare facility in Northern Manhattan. Responsible for assessing client needs, providing community referrals, and ensuring compliance with DFTA Regulations. Participates in recruitment and staff training, and may provide direct casework services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Social Sciences from an accredited college
- Two to three years of supervisory experience in Case Management
