Senior Service Representative-ACH

Senior Service Representative-ACH will deliver day-to-day processing and servicing activities for deposits and payments, including cheque and electronic transaction processing, lockbox and remote deposit workflows. Responsible for executing routine transactions, handling service requests, generating regular and ad-hoc reports/dashboards, analyzing data for insights, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders to meet SLAs. May assist with change management, training, and quality control; collaborates to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect operational integrity. Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills are required, with experience in banking operations and cross-functional teamwork.
