Job Summary
Lead a team of maintenance professionals in the Boston Area by evaluating and optimizing property operations across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks, carpentry, painting, janitorial services, and grounds management. Manage routine apartment maintenance, handle vendor and contractor paperwork, and respond to maintenance issues timely while overseeing capital improvement projects. Provide on-call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays. Requires a valid driver's license, 8+ years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in the facilities maintenance field
