Job Summary
Oversee facilities maintenance teams across Park Point and U Point properties, managing work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts to ensure high resident experience standards. Recruit, train, and develop staff while conducting performance evaluations and managing budgets for capital expenditures. Coordinate on-call rotations, inspect public and residential areas, and maintain safety compliance for all equipment and systems. Ensure properties remain clean, well-maintained, and ready for tenant showings, while collaborating with regional support teams on strategic planning and vendor partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' proven mid to high-level tech experience in residential facilities maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- HVAC certification preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Compliance with the Photo, Video and Voice Recording Policy is a condition of employment
