Job Summary
Conduct strategic customer engagement and technical solution development for the Electrotechnics business line. Build and manage a structured network of technical contacts while actively marketing performance portfolios and identifying sales opportunities. Provide expert support in proposal creation and serve as the primary interface between clients and technical teams. Lead Technical Sales staff to ensure consistent, high-performance operational standards. Requires a technical background in electrotechnics with Meister or Technician certification, extensive technical sales experience, and a valid Class B driver's license. Fluency in German and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum/zur Meister*in oder Techniker*in im elektrotechnischem Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb
- Umfassendes technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Ein sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein der Klasse B
