Job Summary
The L2 Storage Administrator is responsible for day-to-day operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise storage and backup infrastructure, ensuring high availability, data protection, and SLA compliance across on-prem and cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with storage administration across on-prem and cloud
- Proficiency with Dell EMC Unity, PowerStore, PowerMax; NetApp; Pure; IBM storage
- Backup tools: Cohesity, IBM Spectrum Protect, Azure Backup
- Fibre Channel, iSCSI
- Operating systems: Windows and Linux
- Cloud storage/backups (Azure)
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Ansible
- ITIL-based incident and problem management
- Ability to handle on-call rotations and escalations
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Cross-team communication and documentation
