Job Summary
Senior Service Engineer for End User Computer focused on Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform powered by Nexthink. You will own and operate the DEX service, collaborate with endpoint engineering, service desk, and application teams, drive platform architecture, experience scoring, proactive alerting, self-healing workflows, executive reporting, and cost optimization. You’ll guide the service lifecycle, set technical standards, mentor engineers, and shape the DEX roadmap. Role emphasizes endpoint telemetry, automation at scale, and caregiver experience, with hands-on leadership in diagnosing root causes, restoring services, and embedding durable automation and monitoring improvements. Remote opportunities available within commuting radius from listed primary office locations; hybrid work model expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years related experience in systems administration
- Experience in automation
- Experience with n-tier solutions
- Experience with resilience modeling and simulating outages
- Experience influencing software engineering teams
- Experience leading and representing Service in backlog discussions
