Job Summary
Senior Service Designer at AustralianSuper on a 12-month maximum term contract. Lead discovery, map journeys and ecosystems, design and improve end-to-end services and operating models, translate insights into service concepts, blueprints and actionable roadmaps. Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing and Strategy to solve complex problems; facilitate workshops and co-design sessions; identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance services. Requires proven experience in service design or related digital environments, strong systems thinking, ability to influence stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, facilitation and research skills, and digital/AI literacy with tools like Figma and Miro.
