Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Manager with German skills to coordinate service delivery, support technical planning, and manage the operational scope of assigned IT services for Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia in the Košice region. The role requires coordinating production units, providing technical and cost-estimation support for service delivery concepts, optimizing service components to achieve target costs and quality, and participating in incident, problem, change, and escalation management. Responsibilities include participation in small customer projects from initiation to closure, contributing to methods and procedures within OS Service Management, and maintaining strong customer relationships with excellent communication at management levels. Required: Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge, IT service management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Services, Azure, and M365, and fluency in German (C1) and English (B2). ITIL V3 Foundation and SeM Advanced certifications are expected, along with strong analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or diploma with relevant professional experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Proven experience in IT service management, technical service delivery, or similar roles
- Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
- ITIL Foundation and SeM Advanced certifications
- MS Office expertise; Azure and M365 knowledge
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Analytical and conceptual thinking; flexible and proactive attitude
