Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring delivery of Thales solutions in compliance with customer requirements, managing international projects with remote stakeholders and partners, driving customer satisfaction, project profitability, and governance. Leads presales support, defines and monitors project management plans, manages risks, subcontracting, procurement, changes, and handovers to Operations; reports on performance, and grows service management maturity through knowledge sharing. Coordinates internal teams (R&D, Product, Sales, CloudOps) and works to deepen client relationships, achieve revenue goals, and ensure adherence to Thales ethics and values. Hybrid work in Austin, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management
- 7+ years’ experience in eSIM and AOTA Solution/Platforms Integration
