Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Manager responsible for delivering complex service projects in NORAM with hybrid on-site/remote work in Austin. Manage presales support, write and monitor project management plans, handle risks and contingency plans, subcontracting, procurement, and changes; ensure customer satisfaction, time, quality, and profitability; report on operations issues and maintain configuration management and handover to operations. Grow long-term client relationships and identify opportunities with sales. Coordinate internal teams (R&D, Product, Sales, CloudOps) and ensure compliance with Thales ethics and values. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience in eSIM and AOTA solutions/platforms integration; PMP and ITIL qualifications preferred; post-offer background check required.
