Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Manager responsible for advising, guiding and delivering the desired outcome for the Customer/Partner in obtaining the most value out of the IFS Success Service. This role involves comprehensive service planning from an end-to-end delivery perspective, proactively advising Customers/Partners to optimize use of the IFS Service, identifying opportunities to improve processes and business adoption, and leading service governance in partnership with Success Managers and executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a university degree or equivalent, 10+ years in service delivery management, familiarity with enterprise software solutions, understanding of IFS Applications and/or FSM/PSO APPs, strong leadership and contract-reading abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, advanced problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions
- Understanding of IFS Applications and/or FSM/PSO APPs, and delivery of the IFS Service Portfolio
- Extensive service experience with customers at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills
- Service mindset with commercial thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to read and understand customer contracts and deliver them in collaboration with IFS Service Teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
