Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end operational execution across multiple sites, stabilizing cross-site workflows, and driving performance in healthcare operations. Lead Supervisors and frontline teams, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor KPIs (TAT, OTD, quality, productivity, aging), and drive corrective actions. Align with Workforce Planning, NOC, and regional leadership; ensure HIPAA/compliance readiness; support onboarding/remodels/transitions; foster standardization, continuous improvement, and integration of global delivery models. Role requires on-site presence in Redwood City, CA over 90% of the time. Bonus competencies include ROI workflows, Lean/continuous improvement, and multi-site leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading operations in healthcare/HIM environments
- Strong coaching/leadership development skills
- Comfort with metrics and dashboards for operational decisions
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulated workflows
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with NOC, Workforce Planning, Training, and Shared Services
