Job Summary
Proactive, customer-focused Service Delivery Coordinator within our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC), acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of managed security services. Responsibilities include managing client relationships and high-quality service delivery, coordinating incidents, escalations, problems, and changes (ITIL-aligned), producing monthly service reports with SLA and performance metrics, leading internal improvement and automation initiatives, facilitating service reviews, coordinating resourcing and service requests across GSOC, and providing administrative support including service boards, billing, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years’ experience in service delivery or service management
- ITIL v4 Foundation certified (or working towards it)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
