Job Summary
Senior Service Delivery Consultants at SimCorp play a crucial role in the SaaS Operations team by delivering services related to SimCorp Dimension to clients. The responsibilities include providing production support, managing client relationships, and optimizing the client's system usage. The role requires examining and resolving challenges related to client operations, assisting with configuration updates, and mentoring less experienced consultants. Candidates should possess a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
- Experience in the operation and support of front-to-back investment management solutions.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills including listening skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
