Job Summary
Senior Service Coordinator coordinates and executes administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities; handles questions, complaints and requests from customers; dispatches service calls to technicians; manages service time, invoicing and PMA program reports; coordinates service parts pickup, inventory control, and stock reordering; maintains service file system, prepares outgoing correspondence, and tracks service calls and KPIs; provides export/shipping coordination including customs declarations, and supports service marketing and cross-department improvements; requires strong adherence to ISO procedures and safety standards, with experience in warranty, safety, environmental, OSHA/DOT/Hazmat, and ISO9000 processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years order entry experience or equivalent experience.
