Job Summary
Senior Service Coordinator responsible for overseeing service scheduling and dispatch of technicians, managing customer communications, and coordinating service projects from start to finish. Key duties include prioritizing workload, acting as main contact for key customers, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing, supporting warranty management and subcontractor coordination, tracking profitability and operational efficiency, and identifying process improvements. Requires experience in service coordination or operations within HVAC/mechanical fields, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with service software (BuildOps) and Microsoft 365 tools. Salary range $70,000-$100,000 in Illinois, with benefits and opportunities for growth. BuildOps experience and ability to forecast labor needs are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in service coordination or operations management within the mechanical or HVAC industry
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred
