Senior Service Coordinator

Manage daily service coordination activities by tracking client requests, resolving escalations, and maintaining accurate service records. Schedule technician appointments, monitor delivery timelines, and communicate status updates to both internal teams and external customers. Ensure all service agreements are renewed and compliance documentation is up to date. This full-time role requires a strong organizational skill set and is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
