Senior Service Associate 8am-4:30pm

Senior Service Associate for UPS Healthcare team responsible for end-to-end warehouse order fulfillment: receiving priority healthcare products, storing and staging stock, picking and packing orders, shipping, and providing customer service support. Duties include operating RF scanners and material handling equipment (pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high lift reach trucks, order picker), using a warehouse management system (WMS) for outbound/inbound/inventory control, ensuring transaction accuracy, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Work environment includes ambient, refrigerated, and freezer spaces; lift up to 70 lbs; typical shift 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; may involve collaboration with vendors and customers to meet SLAs and KPIs; background check and drug screen required.
