Job Summary
Manage customer service and repair bookings, providing regular updates on vehicle progress from booking through to collection. Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation while liaising with workshop technicians to ensure efficient work completion. Identify additional aftersales opportunities and resolve customer queries to maintain high satisfaction levels and support department performance targets. Requires minimum three years of dealership experience, excellent communication skills, and availability to work Saturdays. Required Qualifications
