Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to develop positive relationships. Identify customer needs, gather pertinent information, provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans, and update customers on repair status. Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans and repair plans based on parts and labor availability, reviewing plans with the Service Supervisor prior to customer contact. Review work orders for invoicing and warranty accuracy. Complete required training on a timely basis and adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies. This role supports the sales and service department in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact with customers by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Experience identifying customer needs and gathering pertinent information
- Ability to provide quotes, develop claims, and prepare repair plans
- Capability to provide status updates to customers on repair work
- Ability to create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes, and repair plans
- Skill in determining the length of repair based on parts and labor availability
- Experience reviewing plans with a Service Supervisor or Team Lead prior to customer contact
- Ability to review work orders to ensure accuracy for invoicing and warranty
- Ability to complete required training on a timely basis
- Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation
