Job Summary
Own organic growth strategy, website performance, and technical SEO to increase pipeline and conversion rates across MOZN's product portfolio. Execute SEO roadmaps, conduct competitor analysis, and optimize site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals. Partner with developers and content teams to improve user journeys, manage multilingual search performance in English and Arabic, and enhance visibility on AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini. Track organic traffic, rankings, and revenue influence using GA4, SEMrush, and Looker Studio to deliver actionable monthly reports. Drive authority through backlink acquisition and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of SEO, organic growth, or website optimization experience
- Experience within B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology sectors
- Strong technical SEO expertise
- Strong understanding of website UX, CRO, and digital analytics
- Experience working with developers, content teams, and demand generation teams
- Experience managing multilingual SEO programs
- Data-driven and commercially minded
- Understands the connection between SEO, pipeline, and revenue
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities
- Comfortable operating independently and influencing stakeholders
- Passionate about AI, search innovation, and growth marketing
- Proficient in English and Arabic
