Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients, encompassing technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building projects. Lead technical SEO programs by conducting in-depth audits to resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation. Collaborate with clients to understand goals and oversee the creation of SEO roadmaps while using data pipelines to automate processes and develop reporting datasets. Mentor junior team members and adjust strategies based on industry trends and algorithm updates. Report to the SEO Director and manage technical programs to enhance site performance and search rankings.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in web technologies, including servers, applications, middleware, edgeware, and front-end frameworks, and their impact on SEO performance
- Ability to work with large datasets, using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to find applicable insights
- Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior team members
