Senior Security Test Engineer

Job Summary
As a Senior Security Test Engineer, you will identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in Rockwell Automation products across the full product lifecycle. You will conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, document findings, and provide mitigation recommendations. You will design, implement, and maintain security testing tools, frameworks, and automation solutions. You will contribute to product design and architecture reviews with a focus on security requirements. You will develop and standardize penetration testing procedures across teams and projects, and monitor the evolving threat landscape to assess the impact of emerging vulnerabilities on products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in Security Test Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security testing, penetration testing, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability analysis and penetration testing methodologies, particularly for web applications, WebSockets, and APIs
- Experience with programming languages such as Python
- Hands-on experience with network protocol and file fuzzing techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience assessing container and Kubernetes security
- Experience exploiting cloud misconfigurations and performing privilege escalation
