Job Summary
The Senior IT Security Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise security technologies to protect the organization's digital infrastructure. This role requires a technical leader skilled in developing and supporting security solutions such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, network and cloud security platforms, PKI, and IAM systems. Collaboration with cross-functional IT teams is essential to ensure secure design and operation of systems, leveraging best practices and frameworks to promote automation and continuous monitoring for proactive defense.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR)
- Knowledge of Network and Cloud Security platforms
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Experience with Vulnerability and Patch Management systems
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust architectures
- Proficiency in applying industry frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automation
