Job Summary
As a Senior Security Specialist at Parra Consulting Group, you will provide physical and personnel security services, serving as a Senior Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). Responsibilities include maintaining physical security documentation, conducting facility inspections, developing SOPs, training personnel on access control and secure transport procedures, and executing security policies for classified programs. Required qualifications include an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph, at least 5 years of experience with government security databases, and strong familiarity with SAPs and SCIF requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with government security databases
- Experience working with JADE, Scatter Castles, JPAS
- Strong SAP and SCIF accreditation experience
- Experience preparing, maintaining, and submitting security paperwork; familiarity with ICD 705, DoDD 5205.07, and related directives required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) training
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
- Experience training on and working with Special Access Programs (SAPs)
- Experience supporting SCIF accreditations and inspections
- Experience serving as an SSO or SSR in government or contractor roles
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
