Senior Security Sales Lead (w/m/d)

Senior Security Sales Lead responsible for developing and expanding the cyber security business in Austria's Large-Enterprise segment. Lead regional Security Leads, drive revenue with a strategic, executive-facing approach, and co-create innovative security concepts for C-Level decision makers. The role includes coaching and development of regional security leads, full sales responsibility, and collaboration with sales, presales, product management and engineering to translate market trends and regulatory developments into concrete business opportunities. Occasional representation at customer meetings, events and network formats related to security and digital resilience. Flexible work model with home office/remote options and strong emphasis on delivering value to large enterprise customers across Austria (Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland). Must demonstrate fluent German and good English, and be passionate about cyber security and collaboration in dynamic environments.
