Job Summary
Hybrid Security Researcher focusing on AI systems. You will contribute to rapid prototyping of new ideas and open-ended research initiatives, providing initial insights and ongoing feedback supporting product development and machine learning teams. Responsibilities include investigating trends in generative AI security, researching attacker tradecraft, coordinating with development, product, and ML teams, and delivering detailed, actionable feedback on product performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in security and a keen interest in emerging AI technologies
- Comfort navigating evolving technical landscapes and understanding modern system architecture
- Ability to apply knowledge to identify and investigate potential threats
- Understanding of generative AI systems and their use (foundation models, agentic architectures)
- Knowledge of attacker tradecraft targeting generative AI chatbots and agentic systems (prompt injection, poisoning, inference, extraction)
- Experience investigating attacker tradecraft in at least one area: Network, Endpoint, Cloud or Kubernetes
- Ability to reason logically in unfamiliar situations and to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
