Job Summary
Hybrid role based in the Cambridge or London offices, combining security research with cutting-edge generative AI. You will explore, prototype, and bring agentic workflows to life within the Darktrace product ecosystem, identifying new opportunities where agentic systems enhance security outcomes and customer value. Collaborate with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to take ideas from concept through to prototype, maintain deep product knowledge, and stay at the forefront of AI and security developments. Responsibilities include researching product use cases, designing and prototyping agentic systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining ongoing research projects to advance AI capabilities in security.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with the Darktrace product suite
- Experience with core Darktrace technologies (Network, Email, Cloud, Endpoint)
- Interest or foundational knowledge in developing agentic workflows
- Ability to reason logically in unfamiliar situations and solve problems
- Effective communication of technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate with product, engineering and ML teams
- Ability to design and prototype agentic systems to improve customer value and experience
