Job Summary
Senior Security Operations Manager role focusing on deputy project management responsibilities within a security-contract environment. Responsible for client liaison on security-related issues, scheduling and time-off processes, payroll and invoicing workflows, attendance and disciplinary tracking, document scanning and filing, requisitions and hiring pipeline support, training and compliance documentation, and regular communication with site managers. Requires leadership in complex problem solving, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a corporate environment. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling platforms are required, with preference given to candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of operations/project management experience.
