Job Summary
Senior Security Officer for Dyson in Singapore responsible for security incident response across selected sites, actively monitoring emerging threats to manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites, coordinating support from Dyson Group Security (including Security Training, Insider Risk, Information Security, Profit Protection and Technical Security), overseeing access control, pass exchanges, CCTV surveillance, and incident reporting, and collaborating on Fire Safety Management and stakeholder communications. The role requires professional guest/employee interaction, adherence to security plans and SOPs, and flexibility to undertake additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in security supervision
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Effective communication and people skills
- Ability to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to manage incidents professionally and efficiently
- Ability to manage access control and surveillance
