Job Summary
Senior Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA responsible for ensuring clients' security infrastructures operate reliably. diurnal responsibilities include monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents within SLA, managing queues, logging resolutions, and providing second-level support. Collaborates with automation teams to optimize tasks, conducts audits of incident and request tickets for quality, participates in trend analysis for automation opportunities, and assists L1 engineers with triage and troubleshooting. Plays a key role in change management, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, and supports project work as needed. Requires experience with security infrastructure in a managed services context, solid ticketing experience (preferably ServiceNow), strong planning and communication skills, client-focused mindset, and willingness to work extended hours when needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or relevant work experience. On-site role in Chennai, India.
