Job Summary
Senior-level CPSO/security manager role focused on administering and overseeing IC customer security programs from the Herndon, VA site. Responsible for processing and maintaining personnel clearances and visit certifications, implementing security measures in accordance with NISPOM and ICDs, coordinating accreditation activities with government customers, and ensuring compliant security operations across the organization. Leads security inspections and audits, develops security procedures, maintains security databases, and collaborates with government customers, internal teams, and Arlington HQ to implement classified connectivity and robust security posture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 5+ years of related Security Management work experience with IC
- Solid experience with Personnel Security and one or more of Physical, Technical, Cyber, and/or Operational security
- Practical knowledge of Security Databases such as DISS, e-QUIP and Scattered Castles
- Working knowledge of ICDs and NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117
- Knowledge in management of SCIFs/SAPFs
- Experience writing SOP manuals, procedures and OPSEC plans
- Working knowledge of COMSEC account procedures and encryption devices
- Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
