Job Summary
Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the most effective and efficient service. Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts and perform duties in full compliance with facility security operations procedures. Review and approve all reports and duty logs submitted by security personnel, while maintaining effective communications and counseling assigned personnel. Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents and keep personnel up-to-date on any modifications to policies or regulations. Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations, assuming other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc. This Full-Time, 1st Shift position includes weekends and various on-call rotations, with a salary range of $80K-$90K based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to be on call 24/7
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually
- Clean MA Driving Record of three years or more
- Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field
- Valid Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean Driving Record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
- Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
- Must have three years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent field
- High School Diploma
- Must successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
Desired Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Previous security supervisor experience, or related field/education
