Job Summary
Senior Security Engineer responsible for platform security monitoring and analytics; oversees security engineering tasks and develops/maintains application security services for lab and production environments (including NPAC-related security); evaluates security for 3rd party apps, hosts, and development software; designs/implements security measures, policies, and procedures; manages security tooling (SIEM, HIDS, NIDS, FW, WAF); leads incident response and creates SIRP plans; conducts security audits and risk assessments; requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, US citizenship, and a hybrid work arrangement near Bridgewater, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- US Citizenship required
- Experience with security monitoring and analytics
- Experience administering security platform components (SIEM, HIDS, NIDS, FW, WAF)
- Experience in incident response and breach activities
- Ability to design and implement security measures
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practices
- Ability to work in hybrid in-person/remote environment within 75 miles of Bridgewater, NJ
