Job Summary
Senior Security Engineer role focused on OT/ICS security within Anduril's defense technology stack. Lead OT risk assessments and gap analyses; design and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments; support deployment and maintenance of security tools; build automation, visibility, and threat detection across information security and infrastructure teams; drive security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset; collaborate with factory production teams to ensure secure-by-design environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with routing, switching, and network design principles
- Familiarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies for OT networks
- Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environments
- Experience with threat modeling frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK for ICS)
- Experience with programming in one or more general purpose languages (Python, Go, Rust)
- Experience developing and implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environments
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects
- Participation in or support of incident response events
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Familiarity with OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP) and ICS environments
- Experience with specific ICS/SCADA vendor platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell)
- Experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth high-complexity network environments
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems
