Job Summary
Unify organizational security strategy by identifying current and emerging threats across stochastic and non-stochastic software. Lead offensive and defensive security initiatives spanning cryptographic, cloud, and machine learning platforms. Act as a key technical advisor to executive leadership, establishing consistent, prioritized guidance for mitigating security risks across partner organizations. Oversee production security engineering with a focus on anomaly detection, prevention, and autonomous fault detection. Develop comprehensive security strategies to address long-term risks in machine learning and AI ecosystems. Foster industry-wide improvements through novel vulnerability research and advanced security controls. Shape the security strategy for an agentic platform that autonomously writes production code, placing you at the frontier of securing the agentic software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MSc in Security Informatics, PhD in Computer Science, or closely related field) or equivalent depth of hands-on experience
- Extensive proven experience operating as a Security Architect, Senior Security Engineering Manager, or Technical Security Advisor at scale
- Exceptional skills in executive leadership, security strategy, and product security
- Deep expertise in machine learning security, vulnerability research, self-healing systems, and cryptography
Desired Qualifications
- CISSP or equivalent certification/experience
- A strong background in applied research, ideally with a history of committee involvement or publications related to LLM personalization, privacy-preserving architectures, or neural networks
- Demonstrated experience architecting security for high-stakes, production-grade environments at scale
- A track record of translating deep technical research into practical, enterprise-ready security controls
- Advanced degree preferred (MSc in Security Informatics, PhD in Computer Science, or closely related field)
