Job Summary
Senior Security Architect at Ball Corporation responsible for designing and governing cybersecurity solution architectures across IT, cloud, identity, network, endpoint, logging, and OT-adjacent environments. Lead secure-by-design patterns, provide architecture guidance and oversight, participate in architecture reviews, ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and risk management goals, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to embed cybersecurity into transformation, modernization, and M&A initiatives. Requires strong systems-thinking, collaboration across IT/OT/digital teams, ability to translate risk and business requirements into practical designs, and clear architecture documentation. Preferred Master’s degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience; location preference Westminster, CO with hybrid on-site work, but remote candidates considered with travel to Colorado campuses. Compensation range $110,300–$157,620; eligible for annual incentive; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline required.
- Master’s degree in Information Security, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or technology architecture roles, including demonstrated security architecture responsibilities.
