Senior Security Analyst

Senior Security and Safety Analyst in Hyderabad responsible for overseeing personnel security, safety and environmental impact at TriNet offices. Partner with HR and Legal to develop and implement initiatives, processes, and best practices for location security and safety. Duties include monitoring and responding to threats to colleagues, controlling access and video surveillance systems, badge distribution, providing First Aid/CPR/AED training, recruiting and maintaining Volunteer Emergency Response Teams, supporting Workplace Violence Prevention, implementing Site Safety Plans, conducting facility inspections, ensuring safety training completion, conducting incident investigations, developing and implementing safety programs aligned with OSHA and related guidelines, managing vendor relationships for safety equipment, supervising contracted guards, acting as first point of contact for emergencies, and maintaining confidential records in accordance with policy and regulations. The role requires strong communication, a thorough understanding of state and federal employment laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
