Job Summary
Lead architectural design of secure facilities, including SCIFs, SAPFs, and classified environments, in compliance with ICD-705, UFCs, DoD, and agency standards. Provide technical leadership, accreditation support, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior staff; participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and internal reviews; contribute to Federal business development and ensure secure, high-performance design solutions. Ideal candidate holds a licensed RA with 8+ years of experience, familiarity with ICD-705/UFC 4-010-05, and eligibility for work on Federal contracts. Requires U.S. citizenship and sponsorship not available. Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience + additional certifications are preferred.

- Active Registered Architect (RA) license
