Job Summary
Manage your own section of up to 8 tables, delivering seamless, attentive service from arrival to departure. Create memorable guest experiences by confidently recommending menu items, cocktails, and wine while ensuring exceptional presentation standards and accurate course timing. Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and host teams to maintain smooth operations and build strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and dietary requirements. Maintain a clean, organized service environment while contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture. Work evenings, weekends, and public holidays with current RSA certification. Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in premium or fine dining restaurants
- at least 2 years as a waiter or food & beverage attendant in an established restaurant
- Warm, confident communication skills
- genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge of dietary requirements
- foundational wine knowledge
- Excellent time management
- ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA certification
